Photo Submissions
For each meeting, a member may submit two photos for Theme, two photos for Photographer’s Choice, one photo for Critiquing at the meeting, and five photos from the previous Outing.

Photos displayed at the meetings can be slides, prints, or projected digital images. There are necessary requirements for submitting photos:

a) Slides - 35 mm slides only, and must be thumb marked in the lower left corner.

b) Prints - Prints must be mounted and have a minimum image size of 8”x10”

c) Digital Images - Only JPEG images, and must fit within a horizontal width of 1024 pixels and a vertical height of 768 pixels. If transmitted, they must be sent to photos@ppsdigital.info and arrive at least 5 days prior to the meeting at which they will be shown. If on CD, they must be received at the meeting by 7 p.m. Digital photos must have file names of Category, Sequence Number, and Photographer’s Name where Category is THM for theme, PC for Photographer’s Choice, CRI for photos to be critiqued, and OUT for outings.
